Ok, so Lolli is not “junk” per se, but come on it was a clever title :) I have always wanted to tie someone up and put them in a trunk…it’s a sick lil fantasy of mine. I got to finally do this with a model friend and I had a blast!

Third time’s the charm?

You betcha! Finally the thing opened and I was able to get her out of the trunk. My heart was racing and I was sweating. She looked and me and said, “What’s the matter?” Apparently she had no idea that she was nearly trapped in her own trunk. Oh dear bob what an ordeal!! Well at least I can cross that fantasy off the list, or maybe next time I’ll make sure there’s an actual key that goes into the trunk first!

I had a spiritual experience last night. Janice (pictured above) is a college buddy of mine who is diabetic, sings opera, loves purple, has always wanted to be a mommy, and practically lives her life based on Pink Floyd. She’s also one of the silliest sweetest people I know.

Last night I got to see Janice in Columbia, SC. But that’s not all! For one, she is finally pregnant, in fact she is VERY pregnant, with a girl!!!!! Also! She was singing Dark Side of the Moon with a live band in front of hundreds of screaming people! This was the first time she’s ever gotten a chance to sing Pink Floyd in front of others, and the fact that she was pregnant at the same time is nothing less than cosmically awesome. She belted her little heart out and she was damned good, everyone loved her! And she was so cute and adorable with her belly!! *squeeeeeeee* Her kid is definitely going to be musically inclined, that’s for sure.

We only went down to hear her sing and then we had to turn straight around come back home to NC, but I wouldn’t have missed that for the world. It was worth the trip. It was nice to see her, even for only a little bit. It got me thinking about how much I miss some of my friends all over the place and right here in town. I love my friends, they are nutty and crazy and each and every one of them are unique and beautiful. You know who you are!

Tonight is going to be awesome!!! I’m doing that CarnEvil thing tonight and I get to hang out with some local friends, watch belly dancing, watch burlesque, and tie up some bitches. Last year the members of the Ark++ took it easy. We had pseudo costumes (you know, the kind you make out of random clothes in your house) and we hung out, watched movies, and gave candy to Trick-or-Treaters. It was nice and relaxing and I am over it.

This year I am getting busy for Halloween, three parties in three days. I will start with the first party. CarnEvil is the biggest Halloween party in the Queen City and it’s a lot of fun, so I am really excited about being a part of it. One of the best things about being an event photographer is getting VIP passes for fun parties lol. However I’m not just taking pics of the shows, I’ll also be wearing my Rigger hat as well. It’s going to be pretty silly rigging in a costume! I’m still not sure what my costume will be, but I got options, so it’ll be a surprise for everyone hahaha.

I don’t think there are any suspension points at the show, but I am going to bring supplies just in case! It’ll probably be just a bit of floor work though, but either way it will be fun as hell and I’m really looking forward to it. I love the energy exchange that goes on during bondage, especially suspension bondage. Sometimes it is electric! Some of the people who come to this show don’t have an outlet for this sort of play except for this one time each year. The other day Jenn Martin came over and we were hanging out. The first time I suspended her it was upside down and very involved. This time around we were just chilling in the studio and I decided to do a much easier pin up style suspension on her.

I’ve got a lot of shit on my mind, trying to deal with a few things. One of which is J’s (the hubby) recent biopsy. We are still waiting on results. Normally I wouldn’t be worried, but the only reason why I am concerned is because J’s dad has melanoma and J’s gotten some atypical results on a biopsy before this one. I hope everything is ok.

Instead of stressing the day away I decided to do something drastic, something I never ever do. I decided to do something to relax. I drew a warm bath and enjoyed a nice soak, a nice smoke, and a nice glass of wine. I only feel guilty a little, after all I should be working. Hrm, maybe I need another bath lol!

Fivestar (above) is one of my favoritestest people in the world, see how fun she is? She suspended herself right there, pretty cool huh! This photo was actually taken before Folsom, but I thought it was the perfect intro photo. I won’t give commentary on these photos, I will just leave the details up to your imagination!

This year my adventures at Folsom was epic. I was not working a booth and thus my personnage was neither tethered nor hindered from wanderings. So wander did I. Upon aforementioned wanderings I saw many amazing things, stuff, humans, etc. I will regale you with photos once I return home to the familiar photo uploading seat of doom which resides in my living room some 2,721 miles from where my butt rests at current. I promise the wait won’t hurt too much, just remember to breathe deeply and strongly and frequently. Place pillows around you in case you pass out, if you hit your noggin on a rogue table edge I can not be to blame. Are you breathing now? Good.

My day started off like any other day, except that I am across the country and sleeping at the loft at Mr. S Leather. The toils of the day before had me suspending Jinx 13 for a photoshoot with Athena Fatale at Mr. S Leather. There’s another Jinx who is a bondage model, and I got to suspend her, go figure! Life is silly that way. She’s not my Jinx, my Jinx was safetly situated in Charlotte NC at the time of the suspension. So yes, my body is still floating from the day of suspension and the following evening of partying til all hours with January Sareph and her man at the Citadel. Nearly drunk with exhaustion I peel myself out of the bed and help out with models. Accounting for models, finding clothing by scouring the workshop and pawing through racks and racks of latex, the heady scent nearly toppling me over on such a lovely morning. Invariably this takes over an hour longer than it should have, and I should have known better after dealing with models for as long as I have. Then Tchukon tells me to find something pretty for myself that I might walk around Folsom in Madam S latex. I happily oblige (though this takes me about 10 extra minutes to do). Once dressed and done with my duties I am off to take in the wondermous sight that is Folsom Street Fair.

I can’t account for all that I saw, for most of it was a blur of naked penis, glitter, and the occasional glittered naked penis doing cartwheels down the side of the street. There were also boobies, but the ratio of boobies to penis is so abysmal as to not even warrant stating. Last night was my first night in town. I am staying with FiveStar for a few days, and then at the top of Stormy Leather for a few nights. Fivestar and I took in a quiet night of sushi and sake, but before that we literally hung out. She, being a rope fan like myself, is learning suspension so I let her tie me up and hang me. I was the first person that she has suspended, other than herself. Then she taught me some self suspension as well, so we got to geek out on that for a while and I was most happy.

Today I got to tie up a grown man I just met and suspend him in front of Lew Rubens, Kink.com’s Bondage Consultant. I didn’t die but I was nervous as all hell. He was very pleased with my rope handling skills and said that he’d like to get me out here more. I take this as a good sign ;) He also taught me about pulleys and how he introduced the bondage ring into the mix as well. I need to get my hands on both of those.

I also got a tour of the Armory here in SF. This is the home of Kink.com, one of my newest favorite places on Earth. This place has everything you could ever want or dream up for a fetish scene! I swear it was like being a kid in a candy shop. I’ve decided that I want a water bondage tank for Christmas :) I mean it! There are rooms and rooms of bondage gear, furniture, fucking machines, padded cells, dungeons, and all manner of sets. They even have free flowing espresso in the break room. See, everything a lady needs!

Tonight I get to hang out with FiveStar and Jiz Lee at Madison Young’s gallery, Femina Potens for a film screening centered around Erotica and Bicycling. Yesterday I had such an amazing day! I got to hang out with Catalina the whole day and take photos. The best part was suspending her FOR THE FIRST TIME! You guys have got to see these pics! And you will, soon enough. I felt very honored to be the first to suspend Catalina and I had such a good time with it I suspended her twice! I am going to give Catalina the honors of posting the first image once she gets them.

I am also gearing up to head out to Folsom Street Fair in SF. I leave tomorrow at buttcrack and I will arrive there at 1ish SF time. I am going to stay until Tuesday afternoon and then I will head back to good ol Queen’s City. While I am gone you might not hear from me as I might not have regular access to the innerwebs. Sunday mia and I have a hair modeling thinger that we’re doing. This means that today we are spending a lovely day getting our hair cut and colored. Neither of us have a clue what they are going to do with us so it’s going to be interesting :D

I never know what to do with my hair so I chop it off and then get lazy and let it grow and do its own thing. I will miss being able to pull my hair in a ponytail if they cut it short, since I hate for my hair to get in my face when I’m working. Have you ever caught your hair in someone’s buckles while you’re trying to tie them up? I know right! Me too!

mia is nervous about her hair! When she walked in the room one of the stylists went nuts and grabbed her and started speaking Spanish. That guy was so excited about her hair, he was just all over the place! I knew they’d like her, she’s got amazing hair! I’ll post pictures (assuming they don’t scalp us!!). Wish us luck.
